If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking, you can choose either to a) receive a method-of-payment refund or b) hold the value of the ticket as a flight credit or Transferable Flight Credit TM (depending on the fare) to buy a future flight.
You canceled your reservation as a result of a Southwest-initiated cancellation, schedule revision, or significant flight delay. If you believe you qualify for a refund due to one of the above reasons, please fill out the form below. You may need to provide documentation to support your request.

If your flight is canceled by Southwest and you choose to not to travel as a result, you may receive a flight credit or Transferrable Flight Credit; however, you are entitled to a method-of-payment refund upon request for the unused transportation – even for non-refundable tickets.
24 lut 2022 · The travel fund will keep the expiration date of the original travel fund used to book the ticket. For example, on March 1, you use a travel fund that expires May 20 to book a ticket. Later, you cancel that ticket.
Unused tickets are always applied first. Up to three forms of payment per Passenger may be applied, which includes one credit card or PayPal account per transaction. Southwest@gift cards, Southwest LUV Vouchers@ and Southwest@Travel Funds can only be used on the flight portion of your trip.
