10 lut 2018 · The Google search result you found may have been in the context of the SketchUp Make or SketchUp Pro (standalone application) forms of SketchUp, rather than the browser-based SketchUp Free form. Speaking of which, you might try using one of the still-available SketchUp Make versions such as 2017 for your current modeling project.

25 paź 2023 · Subtract is one of the Solid Tools. That set of tools is available in SketchUp Go but not SketchUp Free. When you first start with SketchUp Free you get a 30-day trial of Go. You would have access to the Solid Tools during that time. At the end of the trial the Solid Tools would no longer be available unless you choose to Subscribe to Go.
4 lis 2018 · Looks like you’re using Push/Pull instead of Follow Me. Follow me a rounded square on a rounded square. Edit: This does not form a perfect rounded cube, there are tiny overlaps in the corners that need cleaning up to make a solid. I use the free version but all i can find is extensions to round.

7 lut 2024 · Scrapbooks aren’t difficult to make. You just collect a bunch of symbols on pages in a LayOut file and use Save as Scrapbook. Those scrapbook items can be drawn in either SketchUp or LayOut. There are already some north arrows included with LayOut. I’m still unclear about how to use it.
