This is feeling like a scam. 3 out of 3 times, they've made one offer and then slashed it to a third of the original offer once they'd made me wait. Looking over other threads here, I'm seeing plenty of complaints about similar behavior from Phobio and a lack of people saying anything to the effect of "worked for me!"

Thinking about trading in my MacBook Pro to get the new one from Costco. They have a trade in program through Phobio and they are offering substantially more than Apple's trade in (double!!!). Anybody use them before?
