The impressive airport is a highlight of Wunderland, not only for aviation and technology freaks. 45 different aircrafts, from A380 to Cessna, run self-dependently at the airport. Upon arriving at the gates, they are steered back by push-back vehicles and taxi to the runway by themselves.

In order to simulate the approx. about 250 take-offs and landings per day, we tested many different systems. In the end, we decided for a catapult that allows our fleet of 47 aircrafts to glide through the air. In addition, you'll find an extensive Carsystem at the airport.
