I was accumulating miles for about 4 months after flying business class around the world, then suddenly I couldn't log into my account. I sent 4 emails through their customer service site, no reply, tried calling their customer service number 3 times over the course of a week and no one answers.
The customer service of Miles & More (Lufthansa) is non-existent - there simply is no service. It takes forever to reach someone on the phone - who turns out to be indifferent, often even incompetent.
