You can receive a full refund of your ticket purchase if you cancel online or notify us within 24 hours of your purchase, provided the scheduled time of departure was at least one week (168 hours) away at time of booking. After 24 hours, tickets purchased are non-refundable.

Allegiant has one of the more strict policies when canceling a flight: You must cancel seven days before departure and will still have to pay a fee. Typically, the fee is $75 per segment (not for the entire reservation), but for a while now, Allegiant has reduced the fee to $25 per segment.
Cancellations of just the air ticket portion of an itinerary must be completed at least one (1) hour prior to scheduled departure; however, any remaining package items such as hotel, activities and auto will be forfeited. Allegiant retains carrier charges, cost of TripFlex™ and related booking fees.
