Visa requirements. Saudi Arabia has re-opened its borders for all passengers, whether vaccinated or not. All passengers entering the Kingdom are no longer required to provide a vaccination proof or a negative report of pre-travel COVID-19 test. Quarantine rules are no longer in place as well.

They include MOH-approved scientific instruction manuals and guidelines for healthcare providers on how to deal with COVID-19 patients, given that the guidelines are updated on a continuous basis.
First: It is mandatory for citizens wishing to travel outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to take the (third) booster dose of the (Covid-19) vaccine for those who have spent (three) months since receiving the second dose, except for age groups who are less than (16) years old, or groups excluded and as indicated in the (Tawakkalna) app.
• Enhance rapid detection of confirmed cases/clusters of COVID-19 • Determine clinical and epidemiological characteristics of the COVID-19 infection. • Provide guidance on infection prevention and control (IPC) practices to be implemented when managing suspected and confirmed COVID-19 cases.
