I have a question for military members that have google fi and verified their military status with SheerID. What documents did you use to verify? I'm trying to use my PCS orders and pictures of my ID card but the verification fails every time.
Has anyone been able to verify their pass with SheerID? I’ve tried a million times and the page will never load. I’ve emailed Vail and SheerID with no response. I’ve filled out the sheet Vail wants to lock in the price and credit but I’m just nervous it won’t work.

This has happened as a result of your verification process through SHEER ID and its inability to work well with your website. As per your system there is no way to see whether or not the discount is applied until you hit the purchase button.
How do I get verified? SheerID will collect some basic personal information to confirm your current status with an eligible branch of the US Armed Forces. We may also ask you to upload some documentation that substantiates your status and eligiblity.
