Horrible customer service. They advertised a hotel as very clean. Hotel was filthy and had mold in the room. We contacted them to get a refund on the 2nd night because our family is allergic to mold. After 5 days of waiting, they refused to refund the money. The hotel and Priceline gave us conflicting information on how to resolve the issue.
