You have no time limit to use your education benefits under the Post-9/11 GI Bill (38 USC 3321). You're entitled to receive 100% of the benefits payable under the Post-9/11 GI Bill program for training offered by an institution of higher education.

If you’ve served on active duty after Sept. 10, 2001, you may qualify for the Post-9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33). Through the Post-9/11 GI Bill, you may be able to get 48 months of VA education benefits. Eligible individuals include those who serve on Active Duty at least 90 aggregate days after September 10, 2001, or individuals discharged with a service-connected disability after 30 days of continuous service. (Individuals must have received an honorable discharge to be eligible).
If you are using Post-9/11 G.I. Bill veteran benefits for the first time, submit the Veteran Affairs (VA) application, commonly known as a VA 22-1990 form, through www.vets.gov. The online application can be accessed from eBenefits also, www.ebenefits.va.gov.
