Some scummy POS created a fake Facebook page that led people trying to watch the live stream to a paywall where it told them they needed to sign up their credit card to continue. As far as I know only 2 elderly family members fell for the scam but I'm unsure how much money they lost.
After I stumbled across one of these live streams, I found probably 20+ all simultaneously broadcasting the same video. I’ve reported examples to Facebook (I am not asking for personal army), but Facebook quickly responded and said the account(s) are not against community standards.
