To apply for e-passport, you must have either a Bangladeshi NID card or a Birth Registration Certificate (BRC) having a 17 digit number which is verifiable at everify.bdris.gov.bd .
To check the status of your e-passport application, you can visit the E-Passport Online Registration Portal. Enter your Application ID found on the Delivery Slip from the Passport Office or the Online Registration ID (OID) from your online application to view the status.
