Does anyone know of a mod I can use to measure distances in game? Maybe even just a scale line or something in the corner like you'd see in Google Maps?

As in, download maps or cities and tour around it without messing with the economics or whatnots? Like, downloading virtual versions of NY, LA or fictional cities like Gotham or Metropolis. Where can you find them?
