When our University receives you nomination, you will be instructed directly (e-mailed) how to process your application in our systems (you will also receive the guide in PDF). What should you prepare in advance?
Step 1. Applicant’s ID or Passport . ID or national passport (for Non-Eu) should be provided as a scanned copy in PDF format. All information should be readable and understandable. IMPORTANT. BOTH SIDES OF ID SHOULD BE SCANNED . Example copy of ID. Example copy of national passport.
Fill in the online application carefully. Remember to use your name as it appears on your Passport/ID Card. After you have filled in the form, please click the "send application" button at the bottom of the page. There is NO need at this stage to send a paper copy of the application.
