I wanted to share that I recently had a very positive service experience with Continental Airlines. I used their website, phoned their reservations agent, and as a result, joined their air miles program. The site worked well, and was easy to understand and navigate.

I know people who wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, but I have always found the staff to be friendly and efficient, and more than once they have gone the extra mile for me.
Could anybody please give me a little insight/info into Continental Airlines? I've booked a trip with them from Manchester to Las Vegas, connecting in Newark, and i've read very conflicting reviews on the service they provide.
