After you place your order, you'll get an email that says "Your reservation is still pending, you have to call us because there's an issue".

Flight Hub is a scam. My flight on Delta from Germany was recently cancelled and while waiting in a hotel, I called a number that advertised itself as Delta. "Delta" proceeded to change my ticket -- at a cost of $600. I asked the gentleman on the phone several times if this was Delta. THIS IS FRAUD. Long story.
As you have already been told before, If you do not want to take this flight then you need to fight the charge with your credit card company. If you did not book this flight, you should get a refund. Make sure to show them your booking with the 1st airline to support what you asked them to get you.
