   I have to say Cheap Fare Guru came through for me and my family. We purchased tickets last summer to Europe. While the operator did not have the smoothest talking skills and they overcharged us, it was quickly corrected and we received the cheapest flights .

   He just wanted to get home (18 yrs old) and hired Cheap Fare Guru (CFG) instead of calling me. They issued the wrong tickets & credit would be days, so $6k out-of-pocket, incl. overcharges. Calls to CFG went unanswered, put on hold then dial tone, Called me from airport check-in, gate was closing & still didn't have his e-tix.

   We flew from North Carolina, RDU to Milan R/T using Cheap Fare Guru and were very pleased with the fare and our flights. Absolutely no issues. We liked the $ savings and got good flights. We will use them again..We flew mid-Sept and returned first week in Oct. 2018.
