You can calculate the length of a path, running route, fence, border, or the perimeter of any object that appears on a google map. The distance calculator will then display a measurerment of the length in feet, meters, miles and kilometers.

Simply enter any desired location into the search function and you will get the shortest distance (air line) between the points, the route (route planner) as well as all important information. Of course, you can also determine distances between coordinates (latitude / longitude).
Based on the measurement you provide for the ramp rise (i.e. the total height of the steps), the ramp calculator works out the distances for the ramp length and run: $$Ramp\,Lengh\,(ft)=Ramp\,Rise\,(in)$$ or $$Ramp\,Lengh\,(ft) = Ramp\,Rise\,(ft) × 12$$ The calculator then works out the ramp run: $$Ramp\,Run^2 = Ramp\,Length^2 – Ramp\,Rise^2$$
