29 wrz 2023 · A basement side entrance, often known as a separate entrance or basement walkout, is an independent door that leads directly into the basement from the outside of the house. This door does not require one to pass through the main level of the house to access the basement.
24 lip 2023 · We have a below-grade basement with a walkout door. In between the concrete stairs and the foundation floor there is a tiny gap (see 1st picture below). During extended heavy rain, ground water would ooze out of the small hole at the left corner (2nd picture).
