To find your ticket number, check the email we sent you when you booked your trip, your cancellation email, or your credit card statement. Your ticket number is a unique 13-digit number that identifies your reservation.
When exchanging your customers’ eligible tickets, please ensure that the following waiver code is entered into the Endorsement Box of the new ticket: AEXT/[insert customer’s seven-digit AAdvantage number]
If you’re unable to make your flights, contact Reservations prior to your flight’s departure to retain the value of your ticket. Charges or penalties may apply for changes, depending on the fare paid for the ticket.
