Miles and More is a complete scam. Do not waste your time trying to credit your account with miles. I have lost count of the number of legitimate journeys made with Swiss or another member airline for which the credit has been refused.

27 maj 2019 · Miles and More is the purest form of crap. If crap was art, Miles and More was Leonardo Da Vinci. (1) Your miles expire before you know it. (2) Their app doesn't work properly and (3) you frequently don't get the miles or flight segments credited that you actually executed.

Total scam. First you can't do much with your miles: if you check on Skyscanner you'll find better alternatives for your flight, all the interesting flights being heavily (€400-€500) charged. Second their policy for expiring miles during the pandemic has been the worse of the entire industry.
