SCHOOL CALENDAR. The Hawaii Real Estate Commission requires 60 hours of class instruction for the Pre-License (Salesperson) Course and 80 hours of class instruction for the Broker Course. State and Federal holidays are observed and class schedules are set accordingly to accommodate these holidays.
