Yep, it's a scam: the seller's offer exists simply to route you into the fake delivery company scam. They will tell you there's fee after fee as long as you're willing to pay them. The domain name expressglobadelivery.com was only registered 2 months ago (see https://www.whois.com/whois/expressglobadelivery.com ).
So I basically got a call a few days back saying something along the lines of “This is DHL (something something), you have an urgent (something). For Chinese service, press 9” then it starts some Chinese talk. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam as. It isn’t DHLs official number.
