25 mar 2022 · In Steam, go to 'Library'. Right-click on 'Cities Skylines', and select 'Properties' from the drop-down menu. In the window that opens go to 'Local Files'. Here you can verify them. Any missing content from the base game, DLC's and Workshop will be downloaded and installed again.

13 maj 2020 · If so, it's a corrupted temp download file. If you've got the Missing Downloaded Files error, try this. Usually step 1-4 are sufficient. 1. Close down steam completely (so Steam > Exit in the upper left menu), 2. go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop. 3. Delete the Downloads folder. 4. Then restart Steam. Whenever I click anything workshop related within the game itself, or try to open an asset with the 'view on Steam workshop' button, nothing happens. You can see it registering the click, but nothing is opening.
17 sie 2020 · Are you missing Workshop content? Did you subscribe to things that aren't appearing in the game? Or do they appear in the Content Manager under Workshop Items as Subscribed, but you can't enable or find them under Mods or Assets?

Is anyone else having issues with the Steam Workshop? I just started using it a few days ago and everything was fine, but for the last 12-16 hours I haven't been able to get into it. It just shows the the Steam logo on a blank screen and nothing happens.
13 lis 2022 · The game will not load if I have a single mod/asset that is not vanilla, it's just a black screen with the loading wheel spinning and the loading bar staying at the same place. Playing the game without mods is not an issue but if I add 1 mod/asset from the workshop I can't do anything.
