  4. 9 mar 2018 · This has just recently started happening, I have decided to get a couple of mods off of the workshop for Cities: Skylines, and it seems as though they are not downloading, they do not show up int the downloading tab or in the in-game content manager.

  5. After subscribing to Workshop items in Steam, the items appear in-game under Steam Workshop, but not under Mods. Therefore, I have no access to the on/off switch for the items and I am fairly certain that they have not been downloaded. I have taken the following steps and nothing has changed:

  6. Since the mods are downloading and showing up in game for you, it seems unlikely to be the same issue. But you can try the last steps AquilaSol listed and see if that fixes any mods that aren't working.

  7. 30 mar 2016 · If you ever have this problem again in the options tab of steam you need to change your download region. Once you do that it will resync your workshop. I use that when I want to nuke the workshop folder after mass deletes and broken assets after a patch.
