17 maj 2024 · I was buying a plane ticket on Edreams site and there was an option to choose a regular way of payment - which demanded more money or "the Prime membership" way which was 0 euros - there wasn't any warning saying that my account would be charged if I already used their membership trial period.
17 lip 2023 · Registered to prime for a 30 day trial and discount after spending 600€ on flights. Went to cancel the subscription in time but in the web it said I didn’t have a prime account so I left it. After 30 days they charged me 65€ for a years Prime. I called to explain and get the refund but they refused.
In November 18th, 2021, I bought a ticket on Cheapoair.com to fly with American Airlines from New York to Bangkok. I paid using Paypal. Hours later I received an email saying my Paypal was denied, something untrue once the full payment was already on hold at my Paypal an at my credit card.
