I have had my AA ticket pending for an entire month. I called weeks ago and talked to an automated person who confirmed my reservation by my name and and AA record locator. Tried to check in this morning and didn't receive any type of boarding pass...

I called customer service and they said on my credit card statement the 13 digit number was my ticket number and I'd be able to find the ticket that way. That worked fine and I then was able to link it to my new AAdvantage account as well as re-send the trip information.
