5 mar 2019 · Solution. Sorry to hear you are disappointed, but the cards are not a scam. The terms and condtions clearly state that the cards cannot be used for Southwest Vacations purchases. The terms are not hidden. All you have to do is look at them. "
7 sty 2017 · The only way to contact them presently is a form that pops up that you HAVE to place a flight number??? and of course you cannot attach one of your own emailed receipts to it. It should NOT be this hard to get a replacement gift card.
A Southwest gift card may only be redeemed at southwest.com , on the Southwest Airlines Mobile Apps and Mobile Website (only for initial flight booking), by calling Southwest Airlines at 1-800-435-9792 (1-800 I FLY SWA), or at Southwest Airlines ticket counter locations.
If you bought it through Southwest.com you could Contact Customer Relations and they can look in to your gift card issue. If you bought it through more rewards or another site you will need to contact them for help.
