Pull up the client by using the Search field. On the right-hand side, click Payments/Gift Cards. Select the account payment option in the dropdown menu. Type the balance amount that the client would like to pay off in the Price field. Click outside of the Price field.
Depending on your business's policies, clients can purchase account credit ahead of time and use it on a future visit, or accrue a negative account balance and pay it off at a later date. You're free to use just one of these options, or both together—the choice is entirely up to you.

Login to the branded mobile app. Tap Profile on the menu bar. Select Wallet towards the top right. Your account balance is displayed at the top of this screen. You can review transactions for your account balance by logging in to consumer mode and reviewing the Account Information section.
