17 lip 2023 · Travelocity will notify you through its app, email, or text you the new flight information. For urgent (for example, same-day) changes, Travelocity may also call you. You can contact Travelocity customer service with questions if you don’t hear from them in a timely manner.
I have called the various phone numbers listed by travelocity, (1-855-201-7820, 1.417-520-5312) and each time the operator comes on the line to announce that the "numero es vacante". I am concerned because I cannot connect with Travelocity.. I want my families trip, the flight to be problem free.
If you don't see a refund option in your account, you can contact customer service via the chat feature on the Travelocity website. Look for the blue Help icon anywhere on the page and follow these steps: Choose Cancel booking. Type in the email address linked to your booking. Provide necessary info.
