17 lip 2023 · To request a refund for Travelocity flights, go to travelocity.com/trips. Locate the booking for which you wish request a refund. To cancel the flight, select “Cancel Flight” and follow the instructions.
If you don't see a refund option in your account, you can contact customer service via the chat feature on the Travelocity website. Look for the blue Help icon anywhere on the page and follow these steps: Choose Cancel booking. Type in the email address linked to your booking. Provide necessary info.

From the travelocity.com website, under "Support - Customer Support - Contact Us", a phone number of 1-855-863-9601 is listed. They also have a Callback button you can click. You enter your name, itinerary number, and phone number and they will call you back.
I have called the various phone numbers listed by travelocity, (1-855-201-7820, 1.417-520-5312) and each time the operator comes on the line to announce that the "numero es vacante". I am concerned because I cannot connect with Travelocity.. I want my families trip, the flight to be problem free.
