From the travelocity.com website, under "Support - Customer Support - Contact Us", a phone number of 1-855-863-9601 is listed. They also have a Callback button you can click. You enter your name, itinerary number, and phone number and they will call you back.
Travelocity has WORST customer service comparable to Wal-Mart. They should ensure their representative are on the same page with their rules. DO NOT as to speak a supervisor or manager (non-existent). The play phone tag, disconnect games and a complete lack of understanding of how to transfer call.
First, contact Customer Service to change or cancel your flight. The airline will refund your flight in the form of travel credits with that airline. You may then use those credits to purchase a new ticket on that airline.
