I've asked several times to speak to someone in the US because Travelocity's Philippine-based customer service doesn't seem to understand they're supposed to help people. Each time they say they're going to connect me, they put me on hold for an inordinate period of time (20-40 minutes) before they disconnect me.
Rather than call Travelocity for flight information call British Airways (BA). Tell them you made a third party booking and need their PNR (passenger name record) then keep an eye on your booking at the BA website.
