They also have a Callback button you can click. You enter your name, itinerary number, and phone number and they will call you back. They list the wait time.

It really does not matter the time of day or where a call centre is located. The key is do they provide quick 24 hour a day customer service. That is rare these days, and most 3rd party sites are not going to provide service like that.
For the past several years, I've used Travelocity to find the lowest fares, and then I immediately contact the airline to book directly.
