I booked a ticket from Minneapolis to Panama City, PANAMA. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the ticket more closely the following day and saw they booked me to Panama City, Florida. I called immediately and they refused to refund my ticket.
Travelocity's service has been highly disappointing. Their website is cluttered and difficult to navigate, making the booking process unnecessarily complicated. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach, and when you do, representatives are unhelpful and often rude.
Travelocity is a much more reputable online booking agent than Cheapoair, that's for sure. However, if anything needs changing on your flight (s) - and that could include schedule changes from the airline (s) - you will still have a middleman to deal with.
