Don't use Travelocity - their customer support is useless and is actively lying, scamming their customer. I booked a flight to Vietnam this summer. My flight got delayed by the airline, I complained to travelocity and they keep making me wait for an email for update, but I never get any.

Travelocity's service has been highly disappointing. Their website is cluttered and difficult to navigate, making the booking process unnecessarily complicated. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach, and when you do, representatives are unhelpful and often rude.
I'm looking at travel packages on Travelocity, which has some trips, including airfare and a week at an All Inclusive for about $800. That same hotel's website says that rooms are $650 per night. Do they have special shitty rooms for people who book through a service?
Travelocity is owned by Expedia, so at least you know it's legit. The cheaper the site (orbitz, priceline, etc.), though, the less flexibility you have (cancellation fees, modifications, etc.), and the more sacrifices you make, be it in travel time, departure time, stopovers, etc.
