Travelocity did not fulfill their promise or service. I booked this through Travelocity. It was booked & I had reservation confirmation in my email. The next morning as I was leaving I saw an email from Travelocity informing me Phoenix couldn't accommodate me due to an "inventory" problem.

DO NOT USE TRAVELOCITY/EXPEDIA/AMERICAN. I booked a ticket from Minneapolis to Panama City, PANAMA. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the ticket more closely the following day and saw they booked me to Panama City, Florida. I called immediately and they refused to refund my ticket.
