It was Travelocity who told me I'd receive a credit. When I sign onto Travelocity, there's no way to confirm that the credit even exists on my account info or trip itineraries. When I phone and ask for info about how to use it or -- preferably -- apply it to the tickets I bought to replace the incorrect ones, I get a runaround.
I have called the various phone numbers listed by travelocity, (1-855-201-7820, 1.417-520-5312) and each time the operator comes on the line to announce that the "numero es vacante". I am concerned because I cannot connect with Travelocity.. I want my families trip, the flight to be problem free.
