Radius Filters will help you to breakdown all the data you are seeing on your map and look at specific areas within a certain distance of your choosing. You will follow many of the same steps that you followed up above for labeling distance.

The Radial tool can measure distance more accurately the closer you are to the equator, and the further you zoom in to the view. Note: By design, the Radial tool does not display a measured distance when you are zoomed too far out of the view, because the measurement might be inaccurate.
We want to do this either 1 of 2 ways. Have a fixed radius circle of 30 miles and 60 miles around each distribution center location. Or we could, in conjunction with a filter, show a 30 mile radius, 60 mile radius and 100 mile radius circle.
For spatial points, returns a polygon shape centered over a <spatial point>, with a radius determined by the <distance> and <unit> values. For linestrings, computes the polygons formed by including all points within the radius distance from the linestring.
is it possible to calculate the geographical distance between to points a map which are based on longitude and latitude? For instance, I would like Tableau to show the distance to the nearest next point around the marked orange point.
I think it should just be a join between data set A and data set B using a buffer (makepoint (x,y), [maxdist], unit) on one and makepoint (x,y) on the other. For maxdist - fill in whatever you think the largest distance you might want to search is, and the unit (e.g., "miles").
