13 sty 2020 · Solution. Yes—you can wear tennis shoes as a Customer Service Agent. The entire shoe must be predominantly black or charcoal grey in color, including the visible edge of the sole, any accents, logos, and shoelaces. Good luck!

While Southwest’s dress code is relaxed and casual, you will be expected to present a clean, wellgroomed, and tasteful appearance.”
