I watched part of the Bills/Rams game live on NFL Network on a SW flight. Edit - I should clarify this was part of the free in-flight live entertainment.
If Aircraft details change after the reservation, or moments before the flight, will Southwest re-accommodate? This is not a post to discuss the 737 Max safety issues. Southwest has started in the media that if a customer doesn't want to fly on a Max, the policy is as follows:

I've found if the wifi is working, you can watch live TV, which will include a few games. Most if not all of the streamed content is sent from a local server on board the aircraft not through the sat antenna. Multiple streams would saturate the bandwidth anyways so it is cached locally.
