Used skyscanner to book flights to take my son on holiday. Was directed to Ryanair only to find out that the sight was a scam. Lost all the money and NOBODY to contact to report it to or to take responsibility for the scammers being able to plant themselves within their site.

Flight bookings scams. We have also seen instances whereby fraudsters impersonate Skyscanner to trick people into paying for non-existent flights. Skyscanner is a travel search engine, not a travel agent - so we don't take bookings or payments at all.
