When your Shopee purchase is ready for shipping, package is sent to the courier/postal service, and assigned a unique tracking number. To track Shopee packages, you need to find tracking number assigned to your order on the Shopee order page.
10 lip 2023 · Shopee orders that use "Seller's Own Fleet Delivery" can be fulfilled on Shopify. When these orders are fulfilled on Shopify they will automatically be fulfilled on Shopee and have the tracking number automatically copied from Shopify to Shopee.

29 lip 2021 · For sellers to check the shipping status, they can view updates from the logistics provider in the Seller Centre or Shopee app. To access using the Seller Centre: Go to the My Orders page and select the Shipping tab. Click Check Details to see more information on a specific order.

Effective 21 November 2023, it is mandatory for applicants to submit valid SSM certificate (s) of their registered businesses for both Virtual Goods and Seller's Own Fleet (West & East Malaysia).
If your order does not have a tracking number, you may contact the seller directly to check your order’s delivery status. For orders that are successfully delivered, if the Order Received button is greyed out, the shipping information status might not be updated yet. Kindly wait within 24 - 48 hours for the courier to update your order status.
