  4. Try checking where the scratch disk is set to in photoshop's settings, then open my computer (on windows) to see how much space that disk has free. Another idea is that there's a small chance it got set to a nonexistent drive (like a usb drive that's now unplugged).

  5. You can try duplicating all your current layers to a new document, then trying to save that new document. It should work if you've plugged in a new drive as a scratch disk since photoshop will then use that disk. If that doesn't work, you might need to close the original file to clear the temp files (this should be a last resort!

  6. 17 maj 2024 · My scratch disk is full, but I can not find my media cache folder or common folder within my Abode folder anywhere on my macbook! I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem/ if there is an alternative way to clear my cache without going to these folders. Thanks!
