The Guildmaster offers you the quest. To start the quest, speak to the Guildmaster in the Champions' Guild, located just below the southern entrance of Varrock. After talking to him, you will be directed to Oziach, located in a tiny house situated north of the Edgeville lodestone .

To start the quest, ask the Guildmaster in the Champions' Guild, located south west of Varrock, for a quest. He will direct you to Oziach, who can be found in a small house west of Edgeville.
Once Elvarg is defeated, the quest is complete, and you will be teleported back out into the middle of the area with the level-54 skeletons. Head South past the skeletons and lesser demons to go through the Strange looking wall , eventually exiting to Karamja .
