Take a needle and thread from bank or the nearby shop, and craft the cured yak-hides into a yak-hide body (2 hides) and into yak-hide chaps (1 hide). Thakkrad states that the armour is ideal for protection from the trolls' granite clubs, however the armour does not have any such effect.
The helm of Neitiznot is a helmet awarded to players upon completing The Fremennik Isles quest and requires a Defence level of 55 to wear. While it is tradeable, players may only equip the helm if they have completed The Fremennik Isles quest.

Thakkrad Sigmundson takes over and he will instruct you on how to make traditional Neitiznot armour. You will need to kill three Yaks, or take three of the hides you banked earlier.
