21 paź 2023 · There are a few things to understand: If you cancel or change your trip, you can request a refund for the upgrade cost on aa.com, in the form of a trip credit for the value of your upgrade. If you paid for bags or Mileage Multiplier, you can request a refund on aa.com for that.
