12 lip 2022 · The new Bill of Rights Bill honoured a 2019 election manifesto promise to review and reform the 1998 Act. The Government established an Independent Review, chaired by Lord Justice Goss, into the working of the Human Rights Act and concluded a consultation process in May 2022.
