5 cze 2023 · This advice is perfect: If you can't see your folders from a yahoo.com email address - delete it from outlook, then reinstall with IMAP and NOT the POP setup. As if by magic - it works.
Select the email folder for your Yahoo email address in Outlook and select the Inbox to view emails sent to this address. Set the Yahoo account as the primary account. Note: If the steps under this New Outlook tab don't work, you may not be using new Outlook for Windows yet. Select the Classic Outlook tab and follow those steps instead.
1 maj 2024 · Your "missing" folders could just be hidden folders. If you see a right-facing arrow next to a folder, click to expand it and reveal any nested folders. Update Outlook. If a bug is to blame for the missing folders, an update might be available to fix it. Recover a deleted folder from the trash.

9 lut 2024 · If folders seem missing in your desktop email program and you’re connecting via IMAP, check the settings of that email account online. It’s possible, especially if it’s Gmail, that the folders have been configured not to be shown.
You may be logged in with basic authorization (email address and password). If so, you will need to manually delete the Yahoo account from all devices, then readd the account using Open Authorization. If your domain is "yahoo.co.jp", calendar and contacts are not supported.
If your device doesn't support CalDAV, access your Yahoo Calendar through your browser of choice by going to https://calendar.yahoo.com and signing in with your account info.
