Booking confirmation. We’ll send you a confirmation email when we complete your booking with the carriers. You should receive the email within 24 hours, but it usually takes just a couple of minutes. Occasionally, our agents need to manually book some parts of the trip, which can cause a delay.
The PNR code is generated by the system (GDS) the flights are booked in. Vietnam Airlines may be using a completely different system. Somehow or other, you'll need to get with KIWI and get the PNR code that Vietnam Air is using in order to see your information on their site.

I bought direct flight from VIenna to Paris through skyscanner (which redirected me to kiwi) and after paying Kiwi send me e-ticket with reservation number, so I thought everything is fine. But then I read in mail "You cant do online checking for this flights" so it raised my attention.
Don’t buy travel insurance! That’s just putting more money into Kiwi’s (or someone’s) pockets at little or no benefit to you. You’ll probably be fine if there are no cancellations or modifications to your itinerary. Are you on a single confirmation code (with the airline, that is, not Kiwi)? If so, I *really* wouldn’t worry.
